'The Notwist' are back with their amazing new album “Close To The Glass”, their first album after 6 years. This new album is simultaneously the most diverse and homogeneous disc that 'The Notwist' have ever made. The band regularly uses the term “collage” when talking about the whole picture of their twelve tracks: complex, electronic tracks, like the beginning “Signals” or “Into Another Tune” are taking turns with songs in which you can almost only hear Markus Acher’s voice and an acoustic guitar (“Casino”, “Steppin’ in”); there is also the catchy “Kong”, the album’s hit, that 'The Notwist' often play live.
