A special place in the heart for Berlin: In March 2013 Depeche Mode presented their 13th studio album "Delta Machine", which straight away conquered number one of the charts in twelve countries. In the 33rd year of the band's existence the "Boys from Basildon" once again created a musical milestone and fascinated more than 2,4 millions of fans in 32 countries at their following world tour. The two sold out concerts in November in the O2 Arena in Berlin were a highlight. "For Depeche Mode Berlin has always had a special place in the heart", Anton Corbijn is underlining the decision to record the concert film in the German metropolis. The director catches the special atmosphere of the city and the overwhelming spirit in the O2 Arena in more than two hours of film material , which besides great live sequences also includes exclusive interviews with the band, that also address the special relationship to their fans. New songs and old gems live: Besides hits from their new album "Delta Machine" like "Heaven" or "Soothe My Soul" the exceptional musicians also perform classics like "Personal Jesus" or "Enjoy the Silence" and once again prove that they correctly are said to be one of the most influential and successful bands in the music history.
