Dit concert werd op 24 juli 2011 gefilmd in de Victoria Hallin Stoke On Trent, en is Slash's comeback naar zijn thuisstad. De show vond plaats aan het einde van de 2010-2011 wereldtournee voor zijn debuutalbum "Slash". De leadzanger voor deze tournee was Myles Kennedy van Alter Bridge. De setlist bevat nummers van de solo-output van Slash, zijn albums met Snakepite en Velvet Revolver en klassiekers als "Sweet Child Oβ Mineβ,"Paradise Cityβ,"rocket Queenβ,"Civil Warβ or"Mr. Brownstoneβ, die hij samen met Guns N' Roses componeerde.
