'Black Crown Initiate' assemble elements of progressive, death and doom metal into an intelligent album with their debut “The Wreckage Of Stars”. This album not only provides the listener with complex song structures, but also questions the big things in our existence. In America they are already talked about as a “buzz”-band, and are much talked about on blogs and social media of the metal scene. The band impresses with a precise way of playing and an overwhelming dynamic, with which they leave their unique mark and show that they do have what it takes to stay on the top. They already convinced us with their first self-released EP and landed a place on the “Metal Alliance Tour” through the US, touring with bands like Goatwhore and Behemoth. Their debut album “The Wreckage Of The Stars” is to be released and should bring them back into the world. All of the ten songs, most of which definitely exceed the five minute mark, are a small epic in themselves. You can definitely hear the band’s love for the dark things in life, it starts with the opener “Great Mistake”, equipped with strong riffs and thundering drums, up to the main anthem and the devilishly fast and fierce “Shapes Collapse”.
