"Bridge across forever" LP van TransAtlantic

This vinyl re-release is limited worldwide to 700 pieces and comes as a double LP (180g) in gatefold format with the album on CD as a bonus.

Neal Morse (Spock's Beard), Roine Stolt (Flower Kings), Pete Trewawas (Marillion) and Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) created high expectations for every successor with SMPTE. Unfortunately, only Bridge Across Forever (2001) followed. However, Transatlantic met the expectations with this output. The two epics 'Duel With The Devil' and 'Stranger In Your Soul' offer the best from four worlds and the playful suite Charlotte Pike shows, in her Beatles-style sleaziness, that even neo-prog can be self-deprecating. Morse, Portnoy, Stolt, and Trewavas, whose debut album SMTPE triggered lockjaws already, were able to outplay the first output. [...} We won't hear anything remotely as good in terms of prog until the next Spock's Beard CD is released!
